Adventure awaits in the enigmatic abyss! XSEED Games, along with Marvelous Inc., are all set to dazzle RPG enthusiasts with their latest action RPG, 'Silent Hope.' Slated for release on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on Oct. 3, 2023, anticipation is building, with the physical Day 1 edition soon available for pre-order.

'Silent Hope' weaves a gripping narrative set in a kingdom cast into chaos, its people silenced by their own King. The Princess, imprisoned within her crystallized tears, sends out a desperate call for aid. This plea is answered by seven rainbow-colored lights - our heroic ensemble, tasked with unraveling the mysteries of the King's actions and freeing the Princess.

Promising a fresh experience, each hero in 'Silent Hope' brings a unique fighting style, ensuring the gameplay remains exciting. But the diversity doesn't stop there! Each hero also performs a unique job at the Base Camp, nestled at the edge of the ominous Abyss, the game's central exploration hub. The Abyss, with its shifting layout, keeps the dungeon-crawling experience engaging and unpredictable. This fresh approach guarantees that no two dives into the Abyss will ever be the same.

With its hardware requirements now up on the Steam store page, there is little doubt that this will run on the Steam Deck. The GPU requirements are a bit higher than expected, but the RAM and DirectX 11 is around where I would assume the game to be. And with it releasing on the Nintendo Switch, as well as full controller support and cloud saves, I see no reason why this won't be a great experience on the Deck!

Silent Hope will be available on October 3rd of this year and can be wishlisted from the Steam store page.
