It is time to be a movie mogul, as Aniki Games have announced that their game The Executive is coming out February 11!

Published by Goblinz Publishing, The Executive is inspired by Game Dev Tycoon, and it is a business sim set in the cinema industry. Players will be able to relive the history of the Hollywood movie industry from the 1970s to the present day, creating the movies they have always dreamed of. While we have not had any truly successful movie games, I still remember The Movies and 3D Movie Maker from the 2000s with fondness, and The Executive certainly has potential.

The Executive can be wishlisted on Steam now. It will launch at a base price of $14.99 but will come with a 10% launch discount for two weeks. What do you think of this upcoming title? Let us know in the comments!
