A surprisingly short press release for a JRPG, but an important one nonetheless! Metaphor: ReFantazio, ATLUS' new JRPG that's coming out this October 11th, is getting treated to a presentation showcase this upcoming Friday at 6PM Pacific, 9PM Eastern. That's 1AM UTC on June 8th.

The Metaphor: ReFantazio showcase will be presented by the game's director, Katsura Hashino on YouTube, as he gives everyone a closer look at the game. The waiting room for the showcase is already available over on YouTube:

Many people in the community seem to be hoping for a demo announcement for the game, but only time will tell. Metaphor: ReFantazio hasn't been confirmed for the Nintendo Switch either, so right now, PC handhelds will be the way to play the game on the go, so some are hoping for a Switch-related announcement. Metaphor: ReFantazio is due to launch on Steam on October 11th.
