Maximum Entertainment Reveals Their Gamescom Lineup With 7 Demoes to Feature

Gamescom isn't too far away, with the main show running August 21st-25th, and Maximum Entertainment has just released a list of games that will be featured at various booths during Gamescom. Games like Overthrown, Projekt Z, Wild Bastards, Squirrel with a Gun, and Diesel Legacy will be shown off, with Spirit of the North 2, Overthrown, and Squirrel with a Gun being playable at the Microsoft booth and Selfloss at the UKIE booth.

So what are these 7 games from Maximum Entertainment all about? Well here's a quick rundown of each of them:

Overthrown is a chaotic city builder for 1-6 players where you mess around with just about everything in order to keep your kingdom running and safe.

Projekt Z is a first-person co-op survival shooter set on a secret island during World War II where you must unravel a clandestine program run by the Nazis to turn zombies into weapons of war.

Squirrel with a Gun is a sandbox puzzle-platformer where you play as a menacing squirrel that can hold weapons far too large for itself, with a huge arsenal at your disposal, escape the facility and defeat the agents!

Diesel Legacy: The Brazen Age is a hand-drawn 2v2 fighting game set in a Dieselpunk environment, featuring three lanes to freely move between, you can battle it out in 4 player mode either 2v2 or Free-For-All.

Selfloss is an emotional exploration game set in a whale-worshipping, Slavic-inspired world. Embark on the journey of the healer, Kazimir, and his magical staff as he fights a mysterious Miasm in search of a ritual to cure his wounded soul.

Spirit of the North 2 is a breathtaking third-person adventure and the sequel to the acclaimed Spirit of the North. Take on the role of an isolated fox with a raven companion on a quest to restore the lost guardians and return home.

Wild Bastards is a roguelike strategy shooter with heart-pounding FPS action, mod management, and a tactical campaign. Saddle up and lead the most notorious outlaws in the galaxy. It's the spiritual successor to Void Bastards.
