Fragpunk Closed Beta To Begin October 10

NetEase Games and Bad Guitar Studio have announced the Closed Beta Test for their upcoming game Fragpunk, and it will start on October 10! The FragPunk Closed Beta Test will be available for players in North America, Europe, Latin America, Japan, and Korea.

Fragpunk is an upcoming 5v5 hero shooter set in a colorful world of immersive arenas, where speed and teamwork are the key. While I am not a huge fan of hero shooter games, this one has a couple of interesting mechanics. With the use of powerful Shard Cards, players can customize their heroes with special abilities, such as the Birdman card to glide around the battlefield with lightning reflexes.

This is on top of the impressive character roster, so there should be plenty of opportunities for diverse gameplay.

The Fragpunk Closed Beta test will end on October 21. While all player data will be deleted upon the campaign’s end, participants will receive special in-game rewards upon the full launch. What do you think? Let us know in the comments!
