Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree Gets a New CGI Trailer a Month Before Release

We're now exactly a month away from the launch of the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, and Bandai Namco has just dropped a new CGI trailer revealing more of the story and what's at stake in the new adventure.

In Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, you'll be taken to the Realm of Shadow for a new adventure filled with mystery and danger. You'll encounter new bosses, new weapons, and new armor. Follow in the footsteps of Miquella and unravel the dark side of the Elden Ring story.

The game is available to pre-order now, and it launches on June 21st, 2024. You can also buy both the expansion and base game together in a bundle on Steam for a reduced price if you don't yet own Elden Ring itself.

Will you be purchasing the expansion to Elden Ring when it launches in a month's time? The base game is Verified on Steam Deck and runs quite well, so here's hoping the expansion doesn't change anything in that regard.
