If you're into your cRPGs with tactical combat, then you've probably been keeping an eye on Shadow of the Road by Owlcat Games and Another Angle Games. This cRPG set in 19th-century alternate history Japan offers turn-based combat and an intriguing narrative, and a new trailer for the game has just dropped.

In a world where Japanese mythology and Steampunk technology collide, you'll be leading your group of adventurers as they try to protect a young boy and change the course of the Boshin War. Will you make the right choices to forge strong bonds and lasting friendships?

Become familiar with your team and their strengths and weaknesses so you can put them to best use in tactical turn-based battles, knowing their motivations and having a good relationship with them could be the difference between defeat and victory.

I have to say, on a personal note, Shadow of the Road does look quite pretty, I love the way the lighting is handled.
