Viking Tribe Builder 'ASKA' Receives a Deep Dive Trailer, Demo Soon

We're less than a month away from ASKA, the Viking survival tribe builder entering early access on Steam, and to build everyone's anticipation for the event, the developers have prepared and released a Deep Dive trailer for us, this 4-minute trailer looks at the choices you can make, and some of the gameplay features you'll get to enjoy.

The Deep Dive trailer isn't the only news for ASKA fans today! If you can't wait until June 20th to get your hands on the game, ASKA will be featured in Steam’s Open World Survival Craft Fest which runs from May 27 - June 3, and also in the Steam Next Fest which takes place June 10th-17th. The demo gives players 5-hours of access to the game, allowing you to play solo or with up to four players in cooperative multiplayer.

For a bit of extra fun, you'll receive a score at the end of the 5-hour demo, which you can compare with your friends to see just how well you managed your tribe.

In case you're not familiar with ASKA, the game tasks you with establishing a thriving Viking village by collecting resources, building outposts, fighting off threats, and more, you can play either solo or with up to three friends. Your village will become populated by intelligent NPC villagers who each have their own traits, strengths, and weaknesses. You'll have to decide what work they’re best suited for and how to complete their tasks.

ASKA is launching into Steam Early Access on June 20th, with a demo arriving soon. The game will have partial controller support and the system requirements are quite intensive, so it'll be interesting to see if the Steam Deck can handle this game.
