Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants is an expanded version of the 2017 arcade game of the same name! While staying mostly true to the original arcade release, this version does feature some additional content. The game just released and is available on Steam!

Excited to check out more? Then you can watch the launch trailer for the game below:

As you'd expect, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants lets you play as Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, or Michelangelo in a beat ’em up that was inspired by classics like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. Each turtle has their own special moves that you'll use to battle your way across Coney Island, Dimension X, and more on a mission to defeat the Foot Clan and your arch-nemesis Shredder! So it's pretty much business as usual then!

The game features 6 stages and 13 boss battles, 3 of the stages and 6 of the boss battles are brand new to this release and weren't featured in the original 2017 arcade game.

And perhaps best of all, you can play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants in 4-player local co-op with your friends.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants is available now on Steam for $29.99. It hasn't received a Steam Deck compatibility rating yet, and interestingly, the game requires a controller to play, you cannot play with a mouse and keyboard.

What do you think of this new TMNT release? The 3D style is a bit off-putting for me personally, I'm not a TMNT fan, but I usually do enjoy the look of the older pixel art TMNT games more than this. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
