SteamOS

In the last two days, there were two new updates for the SteamOS preview branch. They were both two small updates, mostly focusing on some regressions and fixes from the OLED update from the 13th. These updates fixed some fan control and color management sliders that stopped working on the LCD Steam Decks, as well as some cases where notifications could cause stuttering and the internal microphone would stop working.

If you want to try out this update, you will need to go to your System Settings and switch the update channel over to "Preview". Otherwise, you will be on the stable version, which is 3.4.11

General

  • Fixed some cases where notifications could cause stutter
  • Fixed some cases where the internal microphone wouldn't work
