This last week, a solid amount of new titles earned the Verified or Playable on Steam Deck badge from Valve! There are some new releases, like TEKKEN 8 and Tomb Raider, as well as some cool-looking early access titles like Captain Pawsome and SpellRogue! Here are the highlights we found from the last week:

Verified or Playable games don't automatically mean they work amazing out of the box. Some of these games may require work to optimize and play well. Here are our thoughts on the Verified system and how it can be fixed.

Steam Deck Verified/Playable Highlights 2/5/24 - 2/11/24

TEKKEN 8 (Playable) (SDHQ Review)

Fist Meets Fate in TEKKEN 8. Holding a record for the longest-running video game storyline, the TEKKEN series begins a new chapter as TEKKEN 8 continues the tragic saga of the Mishima and Kazama bloodlines, and their world-shaking father-and-son grudge matches starting from 6 months after the closure of the last match. The story of Jin Kazama's growth and determination marks a new chapter in the timeless saga.

Honorable Mention:

Granblue Fantasy: Relink (Unsupported, but it works quite well on Deck) (SDHQ Review)

A grand adventure in the skies awaits! Form a party of four from a diverse roster of skyfarers and slash—or shoot or hex—your way to victory against treacherous foes in this action RPG. Take on quests solo or with the help of others in up to 4-player co-op play!

Now, I wanted to make this a special mention because, while Relink is rated Unsupported, it does work very well on the Steam Deck. As someone who reviewed the game on the Steam Deck, I disagree with the rating Valve has given and wanted to mention it.

The game is $59.99 on Steam.
