Video game publisher NACON has just started Pre-Orders for RoboCop: Rogue City. The advantages of pre-ordering are outlined in a rather humorous trailer, showing off some small snippets of gameplay.

Those who pre-order will get access to the blue RoboCop armor, as seen in the RoboCop 2 movie, and a "Pitch Black" skin for the Auto-9 pistol.

A Deluxe Edition, known as the "Alex Murphy Edition", has also been announced. Pre-ordering this version will net you 48 hours early access to the game, a digital artbook, an exclusive OCP Shotgun weapon, a damaged armor skin from the original RoboCop movie, and a prototype version of the Auto-9, in addition to the standard pre-order bonuses mentioned above.

RoBoCop: Rogue City will launch November 2nd on Steam, and is available to pre-order now for $49.99 for the base game and $59.99 for the Alex Murphy Edition. A demo is also available now if you want to check it out.

I'm unsure how this game will run on the Steam Deck; the performance requirements are quite beefy. We also can't rely on the demo to get an indication, as NACON has confirmed that the demo currently has optimization issues that they are working on. It should run decently well on other devices, like the ROG Ally, but it may need some hefty compromises to run on Deck.
