Outcast - A New Beginning will soon launch on Steam, with a release date set for March 15th, 2024. When the game drops, players will be invited to explore the planet of Adelpha, where the native inhabitants, the Talans, face a threat to their existence. Will you rise to the challenge and aid their resistance?

To build anticipation for the release, and to celebrate the pre-order campaign starting now, THQ Nordic has released a new trailer for the game, check it out:

Though largely cinematic in nature, the trailer does show off the game's graphics and some of the backstory and culture of the Talan people.

Outcast - A New Beginning previously showcased its fast-paced and action-packed combat, so it's nice to see a bit of a change of pace and see what this captivating world is all about, as well as the people you're there to protect.

A collector's edition known as the "Adelpha Edition", will also launch for a price of $199.99. Here's a brief video that goes over the goodies you can expect from this edition:

You will be able to pre-order a PC version of the Adelpha Edition on Amazon in most countries.

It's always nice to see these big collector's editions available for people who want them I think, definitely something you can have in your game's collection for display!

Outcast - A New Beginning is due to launch on Steam on March 15th, 2024. Pre-orders are available now. Those who pre-order can get the game at a 17% discount, $49.79 instead of the usual $59.99 price.

We have no word on Steam Deck compatibility yet, so we'll be interested to see how this game runs when it launches later in March.
