Drive Karts as Shrek and Save the Troll World in These Upcoming DreamWorks Games

I think I speak for everyone when I say how much of a fan we all are of Shrek. I mean, who wouldn't be right? So when we get the chance to play a kart-racing game and we can be Shrek, that isn't an opportunity to pass up! Announced earlier today, two new games were announced that star DreamWorks Animation Characters!

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing

First up, we have DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing. This upcoming racing game will see you take control one of 20 fan-favorite DreamWorks characters like Shrek, Po, Tigress, Hiccup, and the illustrious Boss Baby, and race through iconic locations across the movie universes like The Kingdom of Far Far Away (Shrek), Bergen Town (Trolls), the Spirit Realm (Kung Fu Panda), New York City Zoo (Madagascar), and more!

As you compete across multiple game modes like Free Race, Challenge, Time-Trial, and full Cups, you will be able to take on family and friends in 8-person online or 4-player local split-screen with the Trolls crew hosting each race. You can also collect Trolls and ride along with them each race for special surprises!

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing will be $40, and it will have a Digital Deluxe Edition for $50. The Digital Deluxe edition will include two exclusive characters, Master Oogway and Wolf from Puss In Boots: The Last Wish, as well as two exclusive karts.

DreamWorks Trolls Remix Rescue

It is time to save the Trolls kingdom from calamity in this new adventure! In DreamWorks Trolls Remix Rescue, players will travel across the franchise's world to stop a mastermind trying to change the Trolls' musical harmony. You can choose to play as popular characters like Poppy and Branch or create your own Troll to explore, dance, and master Hair-Jitsu, all while visiting landmark locations like Barb's Volcano Rock City and Cooper's Vibe City.

Utilize the Troll's hair to fight and navigate around the world solo or with up to 4-players in local co-op. And don't worry, the soundtrack will be full of recognizable beats from the movies like "Get Back Up Again" and "Hair Up".

Dreamworks Troll Remix Rescue will be $50 and will have a Digital Deluxe Edition that will be announced later on that includes the game and additional content.

Both of these games will be coming to Steam, however, the store pages aren't live just yet.
