When it comes to booting up your Steam Deck, it is nice to be greeted with a unique video to showcase the Deck turning on. A while ago, Valve agreed and put startup movies on the Steam Point store, and even added a few that were inspired by different games like Persona 5 Royal, Elden Ring, Hades, and Dead Cells. Well, out of nowhere, Valve added three more to the point store, and they are for some pretty big games.

The three new startup movies are inspired by God of War: Rangarok, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, and The Last of Us Part 1. Personally, I was really excited to see God of War there, but the movie is just okay. I ended up liking The Last of Us more purely because Harry Poitter's movie was too short. If it was longer, I would have been all in, but unfortunately, it was only 4 seconds long:
God of War: Ragnarok:
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions:
The Last of Us Part 1
Each of these startup videos can be bought for 3,000 points over on the Steam Point shop, and for those who don't know, you get points whenever you buy a game on the Steam store. You get 100 points per dollar you spend, so a $30 game will equal out to one new startup movie from the point shop. Even if not all of the movies are amazing, I am still happy to see this!
Let us know which is your favorite new movie in the comments.

How i can find it because on my steam deck is showing me only Harry Potter Startup and any of this others like GoW , or The Last of Us …
So the Points Store is only showing everything except the TLoU 2 movie?
I wonder if you need to own the related game to buy a startup movie.
The worse part about these start up videos is that Last of Us was a complete mess on Steam Deck. Not surprising to me at all that 2 are Sony PlayStation owned series. With Sony stating that that they are no longer going to focus on the Steam Deck. Valve no doubt trying to cash in while PlayStation games are still available to people like me who only have a Steam Deck and no high end PC. But speaking for myself I won't be purchasing any more Playstation "verified" games on the Deck. I have a PS5 and Series x sonic can still play Ragnarok and Last Of Us on the PS5. Was looking forward to Death Stranding on the Steam Deck after completing the PS5 version. Unfortunately the game was completely unplayable after messing around with settings and proton packs for hours I gave up. DS was then and still is verified FYI
No issues here on Proton 9.0-3, I have it on the Epic Games and installed via Heroic. Works great out of the box other than being a battery drain.
