Tale of Immortal Gets Optimized Controller Support for Steam Deck

I have played many open-world sandbox games, but there's something about Tale of Immortal. Based on Chinese mythology, you must grow and become immortal by taking down beasts and cultivating yourself to become more powerful by completing quests, participating in tournaments, and more. And now it will be much nicer to play on the Steam Deck with the newest update.

In the new update, the game now has controller support! This makes it significantly better to use with the Steam Deck, and the team even mentions that Steam Deck support and optimizations can be toggled in the settings. While the game was already working on the Deck before, we should now be able to play the game much more nicely with the Deck's gamepad.

This wasn't the only part of this update, though. We also included a bunch of new bug fixes and optimizations. The memory-item feature has been optimized for the Sect Rewrite Destiny; a bug was corrected, so now they will be correctly identified as an Elder after successfully challenging the Sect Tradition; a couple of freeze issues where NPCs or the game could get stuck have been corrected, and much more.

Tale of Immortal can be purchased for $19.99 and is rated Steam Deck Playable due to small in-game text and showing incorrect controller icons.
