Along with the new Steam Deck Client update, a new SteamOS update was released with some minor improvements that are well worth mentioning. The big new change is the addition of the NTSync driver in SteamOS. NT Synchonization helps with accuracy and performance in games on Windows, and having a compatible driver here could help some games as well. There are reports of some of the older Call of Duty games, like World at War and Black Ops 1, actually seeing improvements with Proton GE, so it's something I will have to test. Still, this is a great addition that could help us play more games on the go.
You can download the update by going to your System Settings on the Steam Deck and checking for an update.
