It is still a bit difficult to get a Steam Controller nowadays. Right now, you can put down a reservation, but availability for the next batches is going to be in 2027. It's crazy to think about, especially when considering that this is by far one of the best controllers for PC gaming that fits perfectly with the Steam Deck and Steam Machine. However, if you are feeling lucky, this might be your chance to win a controller, because we are giving away one!

We have an extra, brand new, unopened Steam Controller, and we want to give it away to one lucky member of our community. You guys are the reason we get to do what we love and work with video games, so whenever we get the chance to give back, we will. And today, we had a chance and took it immediately.

Before we go into how to enter, we do have some restrictions. Because of shipping and customs rules, this giveaway is ONLY available for those in the US, Canada, and the UK. We are exploring expanding to other countries for future giveaways, but because this is an electronic device, it is subject to more checks and fees in certain countries. We will do our best to expand in the future.

As for entering, that's the very easy part! We made a Gleam.io giveaway where you can take multiple actions to enter the giveaway. Whether it's visiting our website, subscribing to us on YouTube, joining our Discord server, or following us on Twitter/X or Bluesky, there will be many different ways to enter and gain extra entries. The giveaway will last for 7 days, ending on August 3rd at 12pm PT, and a winner will be chosen and announced 1 hour later. We will reach out via the email provided, and if we don't hear back within 72 hours, we will choose another winner.

On top of that, no purchases are necessary to enter or win! Purchasing anything won't increase your chances of winning, so the giveaway is completely free to enter, win, and receive the prize.

While it isn't required, we would also very much appreciate it if you'd bookmark our website as well. It isn't part of the giveaway, but due to AI search summaries, scraping, and algorithm changes, it's becoming harder and harder to operate. We have a lot of plans moving forward to combat this and offer new content, but it would mean a lot to us if you'd come visit us directly instead of using those search summaries that scrape our content without our permission or ask Grok to summarize articles in the comments of Twitter/X.
