Steam Deck Beta Client 8/14/23 - Window Resizing and Back Button Reliability

A new Steam Deck Beta Client update was released yesterday with some new fixes in Desktop mode. The settings window can now be fully resized while the reliability of the Back button has been improved. There are also some freezing fixes and the option to add a non steam game by right clicking has also been fixed to now automatically add the selected application to your library.

• Fixed a case where the user would be prompted to install an OS update for a second time after switching between game mode and desktop mode.
