Steam Deck Beta Client 11/14/23 - HDR Badges and Steam Input Improvements

A new Steam Deck Beta Client update was released today with another big focus on the upcoming Steam Deck OLED and its features. The big addition with this update is a new badge to note whether a game has HDR output support, so you know which games can really take advantage of the OLED's new screen the new Deck model comes with. There were also some improvements to Steam Input here, including an improved configurator look when no controllers are active and changing around the Gyro to Joystick (Deflection) mode a bit:

• Add HDR badge to app details for games that are marked as having HDR output.

• Improve look of configurator when there are no controllers connected
• Fixes to both Gyro as Joystick Modes: Min/Max remapping was not allowing values to become zero when gyro values were less than minimum required joystick output values.
• Gyro to Joystick (Deflection) mode uses sensor fusion controller accelerometer rather than quaternion for more consistent behavior. This should address issues where the X output would become canted in the legacy modes. Note: it may feel subtly different. Feedback welcome.
