When I started SteamDeckHQ, I wanted to create a place that would accurately report on how games are on the Steam Deck after really testing the game. It has been amazing, and I love being able to optimize the newest games and report on it. While we do specific testing from vetted reviewers who really look at the games, we don't have options for community reviews since we can't verify how much of the game they have played. But if you want to hear from the community, you can do so from Steam directly with a brand-new feature.
Recently, Valve introduced a small, new feature for user game reviews that shows if a user has primarily played the game on the Steam Deck. It appears as an icon towards the top of the user review and to the right of the Recommended rating. When you hover over the Steam Deck icon, it will show you how many hours of the ones on record that has been played specifically on the Steam Deck.

It is an awesome feature and I do love seeing representation like this. I like that you can see how many hours specifically have been played, and although there isn't a way to verify how much has been played of the game, it is nice to have more transparency. I would love to see an option to filter reviews to only have Steam Deck icons, but this isn't implemented yet.
You can see which reviews for games have this icon by going to a game's Steam store page and scrolling to the bottom to check out user reviews.
