GSC Games World released a new patch 1.5 for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which focuses on Guns and Looting. New weapons, gameplay features, and official mod support have now been added with the latest patch.

This latest update brings weapons like the powerful Three-Line Rifle and punchy Kora Pistol. Tradable mutant parts, an Electric Water Tornado anomaly, and reload renewal are also added in this latest patch. The Zone kit is added to the game, which allows you to modify your zone according to your vision.

STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl

The Three-Line Rifle is a newly added bolt-action sniper rifle to the game that offers massive range and precision. Make sure to grab it to test your aim while fighting the enemies. Sharpshooters will not want to miss the chance to use this weapon while progressing.

Patch 1.5 also offers the Kora Pistol that comes with raw power and a limited magazine. This is essential firepower that likes to have a backup weapon. Mutant Parts Trading is a new feature added in this Patch. Parts like eyes, tusks, and tentacles are gained by eliminating bloodsuckers, fleshes, and other mutants. Make sure to visit Malachite to master the art of harvesting before trading these parts with NPCs for coupons. GSC Games World has also released a trailer showcasing the Guns and Looting patch 1.5.

You can customize the Zone to your vision with a Zone Kit. This is a powerful modding toolset, allowing you to modify or create new animations, weapons, mechanics, and anomalies. You can also share creations via mod.io or Steam Workshop, depending on the platform you’re playing on. More functions will be added to the Zone Kit in upcoming updates.

You can manage the inventory due to the expanded stash window size. Each ammo type gets its icon, making identification easier. Ukrainian lip sync is added to all non-prerendered cutscenes by using the Ukrainian voiceover.

The Steam Summer Sale will also include the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series from June 26. The S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Enhanced Edition will get a 15% discount, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be on a 30% discount.
