Two new game modes have been revealed for the upcoming spinoff, Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai, that will keep the experience going even when the story ends. These new modes will challenge you differently and provide unique experiences so the fun doesn't have to end.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest New Modes
Temple of Recollection
First, we have Temple of Recollection, a unique dungeon where you will go from room to room, battling monsters and avoiding hidden traps. Each battle will become difficult as you get various rewards to make it worthwhile. Every playthrough of the dungeon will be different, changing the foes and hidden traps you will encounter, but if you die, all rewards will be lost.
You can unlock the Temple of Recollection by progressing through the story mode. You can only bring in party members and bond memories you collected in Story Mode, and the difficulty will start at level one.

Challenge Mode
Then, we have Challenge Mode. Unlocking after completing the story, this mode will put your skills to the test as you face remixed, harder versions of battles from the story mode. There isn't much more information given about the mode, but it seems to be a standard challenge mode that many games tend to have.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai is available to preorder on Steam for $59.99 and has been rated Verified on the Steam Deck. Pre-ordering the base version will get you a special outfit and a bond memory, whereas the digital deluxe version, which is $5 more, has more outfits based on past Dragon Quest games.
