Heroes of Hammerwatch 2 Changes Default Resolution On Steam Deck For Verified Badge

Heroes of Hammerwatch 2 is a joy to play. It's a roguelike action RPG where you will go out with friends to take on quests, build out your town, gain new upgradeable gear, and get stronger in what feels like an endlessly replayable experience. It's a lot of fun, and there was recently a solid update that should get the game its Verified badge.

In the new update, we have one specific fix for the Steam Deck which could impact its Valve-appointed rating. The default resolution has been modified for the Steam Deck, making sure it is in-line with the Deck's supported resolution. While this isn't a large change, it is the only reason why the game doesn't have the Verified badge yet, so I would consider it pretty important.

The new update also adds in brand new short missions that take players to new locations, there's a new tier of armor, a new NPC was added to the town for starting map missions, ore material has been added to those missions to upgrade epic equipment, there's a new tier for Blacksmith and Magic Shop buildings, and more. This is a pretty hefty update with new content, so even if you don't have a Deck, there's something to love.
