I love checking out new early-access games, especially ones that tend to pique my interest. Sodaman is looking like one of those games. This bullet-heaven roguelike looks incredible and sees you going through levels, finding sodas to enhance yourself, augmenting your own body for boosts, building your own power-up card deck, and more. It looks incredible, and I love the Cyberpunk aesthetics it has.

The most recent update, which came out yesterday, includes an inclusion for the Steam Deck. Developer Tape Corps has added input layout icons to the game, which should make it easier to discern what buttons trigger what when playing on a Steam Deck. The game already has Xbox controller support, so we are already covered, but it's still nice to see a specific input layout for the Deck.
On top of that, the team has also added direct aim and dead zone threshold options to the settings, as well as a large map that can be viewed with the press of a button. There is now preview text for the second planet, Obelisks in Crystal Paradise are now dangerous, important icons now appear fixed to the map perimeter if they are out of bounds, and a bunch of bugs were squashed like the Blood Shield sound issue and some formatting for specific descriptions.
アップデートの全変更履歴はSteam Community Postで確認できる。

Sodaman is on sale for $3.99 until March 3rd.
