Critter Cove Gets Steam Deck UI Font Size Improvements In New Update

If you are looking for a new open-world slice-of-life simulator, Critter Cove may be the one for you. It's a deep and cozy post-apocalyptic survival game where you set off to a mysterious island where you will fish, farm, and craft to turn Critter Crove into a tourist town once again. It looks like an awesome experience, even if it is in early access, and it just got a little bit better on the Steam Deck.

In the newest update, there were a bunch of bug fixes that were scattered around different areas of the game, but there is one in particular that deals with the Steam Deck! The UI font sizes have been adjusted, and while there isn't any details regarding the change, I can only assume that it was made to be more legible overall.

Other than that, there is a new Holiday Hat that anyone can get just by logging in, there's a new ladder at Robocharges to make it more clear where to board them, the crab terrarium can now be placed on the floor, the Sea Dog Table will now act as a surface, and some of the bad terrain stitching has been cleaned up.

Critter Cove can be purchased on Steam for $24.99 and is rated Playable due to small in-game text. This should hopefully be fixed with this update, and it should get that Verified badge soon.
