Are you in the mood to create some games, but sadly, the name of the game you developed is too long, and you can't create a sequel? Well, don't worry. This new patch for City Game Studio will make it so your title with an obnoxiously long name can now be converted into a hit series!

In City Game Studio's patch yesterday, version 1.17.0-rc2, there was a specific fix for the Steam Deck that resolved a bug that stopped you from creating sequels of your game if your title was too long. This is great, considering if the game does well, I would like to make a sequel and, hopefully, start a new series!

Otherwise, the game reworks some popups to render better, there is improved rendering of multiple models and people in-game, and more fixes were implemented. You can view the full changelog over on their Steam Community Post.

City Game Studio is currently $10.71, 33% Off for the Winter Sale. It is rated Steam Deck Verified, even though it doesn't seem to have controller support just yet. From the pictures, it does look like it could have some small text, but Valve doesn't flag it. Regardless, it looks fantastic and has a native Linux build, so I am very excited to get this and try it on my Deck soon!
