ASTLIBRA Revision is Getting DLC in the Form of ASTLIBRA Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist, Coming Feb 13th!

ASTLIBRA: Revision was a big hit when it launched back in 2022 on Steam, garnering "Overwhelmingly Positive" user reviews. Now it's time for the game to receive a new separate story DLC, in the form of ASTLIBRA Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist.

This new DLC focuses on a new female protagonist, exploring her backstory as she embarks on a 20+ hour adventure to save her ill younger sister.

Prepare yourself to go on an adventure back in the world of ASTLIBRA Revision as The Cave of Phantom Mist beckons you to explore. Take on the role of a humble bakery girl, a shut-in who is forced to leave her home, and confront her own fears, as well as foes that stand in her way, in order to save the sister she loves so much.

ASTLIBRA Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist aims to focus on character relationships and the intricacies of the ASTLIBRA world while retaining the randomized maze elements of the original game. Enhancements have been made to rooms and challenges, in order to provide richer variety to players. As well as some quality-of-life improvements and an overhaul of the game's magic and combat systems.

While ASTLIBRA Gaiden is a DLC and requires that you own the original game, it can be enjoyed stand-alone storywise.

ASTLIBRA Gaiden: The Cave of Phantom Mist launches on Steam on February 13th. We have no word on pricing for the DLC yet.

ASTLIBRA: Revision can be purchased on Steam for $24.99. It is graded as "Verified" on the Steam Deck Compatibility Rating, has full controller support, and runs great on the Steam Deck, seemingly even being able to run at 4k 60 FPS when docked to an external display!
