It's time to get back into the story-driven spirit and continue Camina Drummer's story! The 2nd episode for The Expanse: A Telltale Series has officially released and I am so ready for it!

Titled "Hunting Grounds", Camina will face her first test as captain in this episode. Her crew is outnumbered and outgunned, so she will need to figure out an escape plan and get whatever supplies possible and get away. On top of this, Telltale has released a new teaser trailer to give us a slight look at the new episode.

The Expanse: A Telltale Series is a prequel story about Camina Drummer. As the captain of The Artemis, you are going to be exploring the belt and dealing with mutanies, shipwrecks, pirates, and much more. In classic Telltale fashion, you will also need to make choices that will affect how the rest of the story turns out.

While we are going to dive into episode 2 later today, we did review how episode 1 performs and should indicate how the rest of the game will run. In our review on the Steam Deck, I noted that the game runs tremendously for the most part, even with the game not being on Steam yet. I felt that higher quality settings with a 45 FPS cap was the best of both worlds, giving a great look with around 3 hours of battery life. This is Telltale's first game back after their reformation in 2019 and they came back strong!

The Expanse: A Telltale Series is currently only available on the Epic Games Store for $40 and comes with all episodes as they are released once every two weeks.
