The Steam Deck is fantastic to play games on, and while it can handle a lot of genres well, there are a few that I feel it lacks. First-person shooters are one of them. There is a solid amount that works, but there are also many bigger ones, especially heavy multiplayer titles like Call of Duty don't. Luckily, there are some great titles to check out for it, like Crysis, DOOM, and Ion Fury, and with the Steam FPS Fest, all of them (and more) are on sale!

Hey maybe check the games on the list before publishing next time, Cruelty Squad is unsupported on Steam Deck.
The game works fine as long as you use a community control layout. It's not always best to trust Valve's testing, they get things wrong quite often.
While it says that, you can actually play the game with Proton Experimental or Proton GE. You can also use a community controller configuration and it is very playable!
Valve’s rating isn’t always accurate, and most of the time is wrong with games that are Unsupported.
