Steam Deck Verified/Playable Highlights 10/9/23 - 10/15/23

While it seemed like this week was a bit of a slow one in terms of new Steam Deck Verified/Playable games, I was shocked to see that there were some pretty incredible ones that snuck in without notice. So, with the week done, here are our highlights of the new games elevated to Steam Deck Verified/Playable status.

Verified or Playable games don't automatically mean they work amazing out of the box. Some of these games may require work to optimize and play well. Here are our thoughts on the Verified system and how it can be fixed.

Persona 3 Reload (Verified)

Diablo 4 (Verified)

The game will release on October 17th and is rated Verified.

CRYMACHINA (Playable)

CRYMACHINA is an action RPG where mechanical girls strive to survive in a post-apocalyptic world to become “Real Humans''. But what does it mean to be a “Real Human”?

CRYMACHINA will release on October 24th and is rated Playable due to small in-game text.

Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story (Verified)

Two best friends, one wild adventure. Join best friends Nunu and Willump on an adventure across the frozen wilds of the Freljord. Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is a single-player story adventure developed by Tequila Works.

The game is available for pre-order for $29.99 and is rated Verified.

Sonic Superstars (Playable)

Adventure through the mystical Northstar Islands in this all-new take on classic 2D Sonic high-speed action platforming. Play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy and harness all-new Emerald powers to move and attack in dynamic new ways. Jazzpunk: Director's Cut (Verified)

Jazzpunk is a comedy adventure set in an alternate reality Cold War World, plagued with corporate espionage, CyberCrime, and sentient martinis. Gameplay is inspired by spoof comedy films and cartoons of yesteryear, with a focus on weird gadgets, exotic locales, and open-world style exploration.

The game is $14.99 and is rated Verified.

Sifu (Verified) (SDHQ Review)

"Sifu" is an intense martial arts-focused action game from a third-person perspective.
