A new update for Proton GE has been pushed out and it is a pretty big one! Before this version, none of the FSR patches that were integrated into Proton GE were working with Proton 8 and they were completely taken out, until now! All the FSR patches have returned in the newest update thanks to a full rebase and update to make them all compatible.
On top of that, a protonfix was added for Neptunia Re;Birth 1 and 2, a fix for Oceanhorn was removed, and all the components were updated to the latest git. This is a fantastic update, purely just for the FSR patches, so I highly recommend updating.

- Huge shoutout/thank you to Ph42oN for completely rebasing, updating and combining all of the old FSR patches to make them compatible with Proton 8.
- Additionally a bug was fixed by Ph42oN with fullscreen not working properly when fsr is disabled which was present in proton 7
- protonfix for Oceanhorn removed as it's no longer needed (thanks Iglu47)

- proton-wine updated to latest git
- dxvk updated to latest git
- vkd3d-proton updated to latest git
