Are you a fan of both fighting games and comic books? If so, there's exciting news for you. Warner Bros. Games has released a trailer showcasing Omni-Man, Mortal Kombat 1's first DLC fighter. Voiced by the renowned J.K. Simmons, this formidable "superhero" from "Invincible" demonstrates a captivating move set and potent abilities, underscoring Omni-Man's lethal prowess.

On top of Omni-Man's introduction, the new trailer also shows off a glimpse of Tremor, a new Kameo Fighter, who can assist during matches with a range of support moves.

Both of these characters will be available for separate purchase or as part of the Kombat Pack. Along with them, the Kombat Pack will include:

  • A Johnny Cage Skin modeled after Jean-Claude Van Damme (available now)
  • Returning Mortal Kombat Characters: Quan Chi (winter 2023/2024), Ermac (spring 2024), and Takeda Takahashi (summer 2024).
  • Guest Fighters: Omni-Man (Nov. 2023), Peacemaker from DC’s The Suicide Squad film & HBO Max's Peacemaker series (winter 2023/2024), and Homelander from The Boys TV series (spring 2024).
  • Kameo Fighters: Tremor (Nov. 2023) followed by Ferra, Janet Cage, Khameleon, and Mavado (release dates pending).
  • One-week early access to all new playable characters.

The Kombat Pack is available now as part of the Mortal Kombat 1 Premium Edition for $109.99 (SRP) or separately for $39.99 (SRP). You can also get the base game by itself for $69.99. It doesn't run especially well on the Steam Deck, but playing on a ROG Ally or 7840U device should be fantastic!
