Have you been wanting to play Jump King on your Steam Deck, but unfortunately, have come across an issue that would keep you from loading any level? Well, if you have, then I have some good news for you! Yesterday, a new patch was released for Jump King that fixes a bug that would stop anyone playing on Steam Deck from loading a level in the game, so now, we can play again!
This was an extremely small patch and only fixed this issue, which seems to have affected anyone playing on a Linux OS, not just the Steam Deck. Regardless, I am glad the developer caught on and patched this, even if there was nothing else to patch just yet!
Jump King is an awesome platforming game where every jump you make matters. Similar to games like "Getting Over It With Bennett Foddy," you have to be very careful and plan your jumps accordingly, as falling down could set you back very far. It's one of those games that seems quite easy to learn, but is very hard to master.
Jump King is currently on sale for $8.70 until February 23rd on Steam and is rated Steam Deck Verified.
