Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is an awesome remake of one of the best Disney games ever made. I love the more dramatic and darker tone for the setting, and the gameplay mechanics are very sound. It also runs especially well on the Steam Deck, and after a new update, the portable experience should be even better.

The new patch, which released on October 24th, is a small one, but has some solid improvements in it. The first entry on the changelog is about the Steam Deck, mentioning that there are fixes and different improvements for the portable device. There are other fixes here that could help playability on the Deck as well, like the graphical and audio fixes/improvements.

I had the chance to review the game before it was released, and it didn't need that many improvements. The game runs nearly flawlessly on the Steam Deck without any compromises, so I am not sure what needed to be fixed, but improvements are always welcome! There's also small fixes like spelling and localisation and AZERTY keyboard support, but it should be a great experience no matter what.
