As reported over at GamingOnLinux, the developers behind Infinity Nikki have confirmed that "the team [is] working on Steam Deck support currently, and will share news as they have news to share".
Liam notes that Infinity Nikki does make use of ACE anti-cheat, which isn't always a great start, but games like Delta Force also run ACE, and we've confirmed ourselves that Delta Force is playable on the Steam Deck, so this isn't an insurmountable problem.

Infinity Nikki is a hugely popular game, with over 20 million downloads as of December last year, so it'll be quite a boon to the Steam Deck to have the game work as seamlessly as possible on the device once it arrives on Steam.
The game is currently available on Epic Games Store and as a standalone download, but the developers confirmed in February that the game will be launching on Steam in the future, and you can wishlist it now to show your interest.

Hello, I've been following the site for a while. Regarding Nikki, is it possible to play it on Steam Deck? I installed it using Heroic Game Launcher (following the guide from this site, XD). It doesn't run at its maximum, as in some 'heavy' areas it drops below 30 fps, but by setting everything to the minimum and using FSR, the impact isn't too bad. Also, having ACE, I didn't have any problems except for some missing dependencies, which I installed using Heroic Game Launcher's protontricks. That being said, some optimizations wouldn't hurt, hahah. Thanks for your attention. Sorry for bad english
I think the game will likely run a little better on Steam Deck once the game releases on Steam properly. It will have the ability to pre-cache shaders when it's on Steam, and the developers seem to be doing some work on making it more Steam Deck compatible.
