Bungie's Marathon Finally Gets Its Gameplay Reveal and Launch Date

Big news for Marathon fans. Bungie has revealed extensive gameplay about the upcoming relaunch of the classic series, including a September release date!

We have waited for so long for Marathon, haven’t we? It is awesome to see more of it, and as someone who rather enjoyed the originals, I am quite looking forward to this from the gameplay shown. The September 23 release date is another big surprise. I was not expecting to see it until 2026 at the very least, so in a few months we will see what the Marathon relaunch has to offer!

In the meantime, players can join the Marathon community Discord, where they can sign up for a chance playtest Marathon. Do note however that these playtests will be for US only for the time being, but I imagine these tests will expand over the coming months.
