It’s that time of year where game announcements come thick and fast, and the co-op FPS Abyssus received a deep dive video today! There is also a free demo on Steam you can play now.

Developed by DoubleMoose Games, Abyssus will launch on Steam later this year, and I like the look of this one despite not being a huge fan of multiplayer. In Abyssus, players take on the role of Brinehunters, who go on expeditions in the deep oceans to investigate mysterious signals. This leads the crew to uncover a vast, ancient city below the waves, where they must fight a massive infestation of corrupted creatures. A full blown underwater FPS is intriguing to me, and I am excited to see how Abyssus handles it.

Abyssus can be wishlisted on Steam. What do you think of the deep dive? Will you be trying the demo? Let us know in the comments!
