A new SteamOS Beta update was released today that fixes a critical issue. It's a small update that doesn't really change much, but it fixes a regression that would prevent pre-compiled shaders from being downloaded. These shaders can help a lot with stuttering that can happen in some games, so being able to download them again is fantastic.
You can download the update yourself in the System Settings on the Steam Deck. Make sure your update channel is set to Beta or Preview.
