I can say I expected more PlayStation games to come to PC, but I didn't expect this one! Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is coming to Steam on PC! The Steam store page for the game is now live, showing off the features for this port. On top of that, this is the first time a Ratchet & Clank game has come natively to PC!

This PC port is being brought over by Nixxes Software, the same wizard development team that brought over the Marvel Spider-Man games. While the game will have expanded graphical options, this version will also add support for FSR 2 and Intel XeSS, possibly helping performance on the Steam Deck. There was also specific mention of portable PC gaming with gaming options, which isn't definitive, but it gives me hope. I will say, imagining playing this on the Steam Deck natively is quite an exciting prospect! The PC features section also mentions achievements and cloud saves will be included.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will also support ultra-wide monitors, DLSS 3, and you will be able to play using the DualSense controller, with all the special features using a wired connection. There is also a pre-order bonus that comes with special armor and the Pixelizer weapon.

And with no framerate caps and new ray-traced shadows, this is going to be an adventure that you won't want to miss!

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be released on July 26th of this year and is listed at $60.
