The Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is in full swing, and Xbox has just hosted its TGS 2024 Broadcast, as you might expect from an Xbox broadcast these days there was plenty of news in there for PC gamers too. Xbox doesn't have a huge presence in Japan, so the broadcast was on the shorter side, but there's still lots to look at.

So here are all the PC-related announcements from the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2024 Broadcast!

Story Trailer Shown for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater - TBA

We got a further look at Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, including a deeper look into the game's story as well as some characters that you'll meet in the game.

Overwatch 2 Collaborates with My Hero Academia - October 17th

If Overwatch 2 and anime are both your jam, then you might be interested to know that Overwatch 2 is collaborating with My Hero Academia to bring some new style to the game.

Age of Mythology Retold: Immortal Pillars DLC Expansion Announced - Coming Soon

Age of Mythology Retold got the first of its two expected expansions revealed. It will be called Immortal Pillars and reintroduces the Chinese civilization to the game. Owners of the Premium edition of the game should be getting this one included.

Indiana Jones And The Great Circle Gets Some More Footage, in Japanese - Coming December 9th, 2024

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle got some new footage, including some gameplay shown during the broadcast, the dialogue was all in Japanese, but English subtitles were provided. Rather nicely, it was announced that both Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, as well as the new Starfield: Shattered Space expansion will be fully localized into Japanese.

A Look at Charming Delivery Game 'TANUKI Pon's Summer' - Coming Soon

In what was definitely the cutest game shown in my opinion, TANUKI Pon's Summer looks like a charming little delivery game where you play as a Tanuki delivering parcels to the residents of the village.

New JRPG Threads of Time Announced - Coming Soon

Threads of Time is a turn-based JRPG that's been inspired by the likes of Final Fantasy and Chrono-Trigger. We don't have a release date for it yet, but we do know that it's a 2.5D Pixel Art game and that it's coming to PC via Steam.

More Footage Shown for Dynamic 5v5 Shooter FragPunk, Closed Beta on October 10th

We got a closer look at the upcoming 5v5 shooter FragPunk during the show, including some more footage of gameplay. Plus a closed beta was announced to be taking place on October 10th, so you can head on over to the game's Steam page and register your interest.

Another Trailer for Metaphor: ReFantazio Shown, Demo Out Now - Coming October 11th

If you are unlike me and aren't tired of hearing about Metaphor yet, then you'd have probably enjoyed seeing the game mentioned, yet again, at the Xbox Tokyo Game Show Broadcast. A demo is out, which allows you to play through the game's prologue, so if you're interested in the game, it could well be worth checking out.

More Details on Atelier Yumia Revealed in New Trailer - Coming March 21st, 2025

A ton of extra details about Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land, including details about the storyline, world, and new combat systems were revealed in a brand-new video. We also got a look at some new gameplay mechanics that will be appearing in the series.

Another Look at ASURAJANG, a Top-Down Battle Royale - Coming Soon

I couldn't find the latest trailer uploaded anywhere, not even on the game's official YouTube channel, so here's a trailer from June. It's similar in content.

I hadn't heard of this one before, but it does look similar to another game that I can't quite remember either. Regardless, it's a top-down battle royale, so if you aren't burnt out on Battle Royales, this could be a game to keep an eye on. It's at least a little different from your usual third-person shooters.

BLEACH: Rebirth of Souls Gets New Story Trailer - Coming Early 2025

If you're getting excited about the release of BLEACH: Rebirth of Souls, then you'll want to check out the latest trailer for the game, which seems to set the foundations for the story in the game.

SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada Gets a New Gameplay Trailer & Release Date - Coming January 24th, 2025

SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada has received a release date, with the game coming on January 24th, 2025. We tried out the closed network test for the game on the Steam Deck and found that the performance was a little lackluster, but we hope that some optimizations will come along before the final release and that the settings will be more adjustable too.

Fallout 76 is Getting Cat & Dog Pets!!! - Later This Year

In what was easily the best announcement of the show, Fallout 76 is getting an update that will allow you to have cat and dog pets at your base towards the end of this year.

Suikoden 1 & 2 HD Remaster Footage Shown - Coming March 6th, 2025

A little bit of extra footage was shown for the Suikoden 1 & 2 HD Remasters, highlighting the difference between the remasters and the original games.

Enjoy the Cute World of 'All You Need is Help'! - Out Now!

Can you cooperate with your friends to complete all the puzzles? The highlight of the trailer is of course the Gacha machine, this game is online/local co-op only it should be noted, and doesn't support single-player. Surprisingly, the game is out now!

More Info for Slitterhead Revealed Along with Gameplay Footage - Coming Soon

The creator of Slitterhead talks us through the game in this trailer, highlighting the various gameplay mechanics and how he himself had to take some time to get used to the unique mechanics at play in Slitterhead.

Explore a Devastated Planet in The Starbites, a New Mecha RPG - Coming Later This Year

The Starbites takes place on the devastated planet of Bitter, where a group of friends work together to survive in this turn-based RPG. It's supposedly coming later this year, although the trailer doesn't mention a release date.

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake Gets More Gameplay Footage, Including Combat - Coming 14th November, 2024

We got a deeper look at the upcoming HD-2D remake of Dragon Quest III, including a look at a boss battle you'll encounter in the game, as well as some new mechanics that have been added into the game, such as Monster Wrangling.
