Mechwarrior 5: Clans is nearly here! Piranha Games have a launch trailer out for their next game in the Mechwarrior Franchise, and it will launch October 17th.

I was a big fan of Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries, despite its flaws. Not much beats riding across the galaxy and destroying enemies with a fleet of battle mechs, and Mechwarrior 5: Clans focuses on the impressive lore of the Mechwarrior universe.

Unlike the procedurally generated sandbox approach in Mercenaries, MechWarrior 5: Clans focuses on a story driven campaign taking place across a variety of planets through stunning biomes, and handcrafted missions to take advantage of the excellent combat.
