Yesterday, Warner Bros. released Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, a new Harry Potter game that focuses solely on Quidditch, and it looks quite good. I love that you can customize how your wizard looks, work together with friends, and, of course, use the fantastic Hagrid Mask. There's also a solid amount of planned content, starting with a Hogwarts Legacy-themed event and a Halloween one next month. Today, a new update was released as well to give you more options to customize your experience on the Steam Deck.

In a new patch posted today, we have three different components that have been updated. There were some missing Steam Deck configuration options that are now there (inverted flying, keeper invert, and vibration), there have been font size and Deck button improvements, and an issue with the "Battery Saver" option should now be fixed. All of this will make playing on the Steam Deck much more enjoyable, which is great because it seems to be quite playable on Deck already!

I do have the game, but haven't found the time to try it yet, but it looks like I may have to find some time soon! The update also fixes some crashes for joining a bad online session or bad internet connection, but it's still a welcome update.

You can check out the changelog via their Steam Community Post.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions can be purchased now on Steam for $29.99 and is rated Steam Deck Playable due to small in-game text. The game also always needs an internet connection, so you won't be able to play offline.
