I am shocked that I haven't played Eternal Strands yet. It looks like an incredible third-person action-adventure, and after playing a ton of Monster Hunter and loving the gameplay, this looks like a perfect fit for me. It's definitely something I am going to look into, and one I can't wait to play on my Steam Deck thanks to the latest update.

In their newest patch posted yesterday, they mention that the Steam Deck rendering options have been adjusted to make sure they get Verification. This most likely means that the developers changed the default settings when it was detected running on a Steam Deck, which ended up helping it get that Verified badge.
However, the update has some other great features too. It adds controller rumble and vibrations, there's a new directional hit detection system, enemy flinch timing and reactions to players attacks have been improved, the loot penalty for dying out of bounds has been removed, we can now speed up credits, and the amount of Umbral Darters in different areas have been decreased.
You can check out the rest of the update's changes, which include a bunch of bug fixes, via their Steam Community Post.

Eternal Strands is available for $39.99 and is rated Verified.
