The Fanatical Flash Sales for their summer sale continue, and today there are some incredible deals for some amazing games! RimWorld, Skyrim, and Like a Dragon Gaiden are all here, and each game is not only Steam Deck Verified, but feel like essentials for the device. The Summer Sale over there is filled with some great games, and you can check out our recommendations for it as well, but these three games may take the cake and be what you should really get.
Here are the games for Day 8:
RimWorld - $24.49 (30% Off)
RimWorld is a sci-fi colony sim driven by an intelligent AI storyteller. Generates stories by simulating psychology, ecology, gunplay, melee combat, climate, biomes, diplomacy, interpersonal relationships, art, medicine, trade, and more.
The game is Verified on the Steam Deck and hands-down one of my favorite games ever. It can be difficult, but the way it simulates the world, and the mod support, make it an extremely unique experience. It can run on the Steam Deck and does play decently, but later game can slow it down.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition - $6.79 (83% Off)
Winner of more than 200 Game of the Year Awards, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition brings the epic fantasy to life in stunning detail. The Special Edition includes the critically acclaimed game and add-ons with all-new features.
Skyrim is...well Skyrim, there isn't much more to say about it! It is rated Steam Deck Verified and is a blast to play on the go, and with this being the lowest price I have seen for it, it's hard not to recommend.
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name - $26.24 (48% Off)
ERASE YOUR PAST TO PROTECT YOUR FUTURE Once a legendary yakuza, Kazuma Kiryu faked his own death and abandoned his name for the sake of protecting his family. Now, he is thrust into conflict by a mysterious figure attempting to drive him out of hiding.
This game set the stage for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and while it is shorter than other games in the series, it's probably one of the most emotional. It is rated Steam Deck Verified and definitely worth your time to play it, especially if you follow the entire series.
The deals only last 24 hours, so make sure to get them while you can! You can also check out the general Summer Sale page to check out more awesome games on sale.
The Fanatical links above are using an affiliate link, which gives us a little back from sales at no extra charge to you. All proceeds go back into SDHQ and its development.
