The new month is upon us, which means a new list of the top 20 most-played games on the Steam Deck from the previous month, and there are some surprising titles here. Black Myth: Wukong is still topping the list, while Baldur's Gate 3, Stardew Valley, and Elden Ring are not far behind. But what really surprised me here is that Grand Theft Auto 5 is still in the top 10, even with its new Unsupported rating:
Compared to last month's list, we have a couple of changes:
New Games Added:
- Brotato
- Monster Hunter: World
- Core Keeper
- DAVE THE DIVER
Games That Left:
- Cult of the Lamb
- Fields of Mistria
- Hades
- Fallout 4
Grand Theft Auto 5 being here, even though it is technically still playable, is a surprise to me. The game's multiplayer got anti-cheat after 9 years of being released on PC, and they chose not to support the Steam Deck with it. This was a shock, considering how popular the game has been on the Deck, and even though the single-player can still be played, it was a big blow to get rid of one of the biggest modes for the game. Still, despite this, it's still being played a lot on the go, and that's still nice to see.
