If you are a fan of Warhammer 40,000: Gladius, then you are going to love ZEPHON. Made by the same developers, ZEPHON is a 4X strategy game that has you fending off against cyberpunk monsters, eldritch horrors, and more. It looks like a stunning game and one I very much want to play on the Steam Deck, especially after the latest update.

A couple of days ago, the game was updated to version 1.10.0, which brought with it a slew of changes, which includes some nice Steam Deck support! With the patch, we now have text input and a Deck-specific controller layout. This should theoretically make it significantly easier to play on the gamepad, even though it doesn’t have any official controller support. This could mean they used Steam Input to translate keyboard and mouse controls into the gamepad, and I appreciate that.

Outside of these improvements, we have many balance changes and bug fixes. A new save game now defaults to the game’s name, there’s a new advanced world setting for cache density, arrow keys now move scroll bars, AI will now demand more and be more willing to pay for a deal, escalation paces have been adjusted, some quests in multiplayer will now progress correctly, and more!

You can check out the full changelog via their Steam Community Post.
