Football Simulator Fixes Videos on the Steam Deck

I have fond memories of playing Madden with my father growing up, so I have a special spot for Football games. However, Football Simulator looks way more interesting to me. I love the focus on physics-based gameplay, which is something I am a sucker for, and I love that the game is moddable so we can play the way we want to. It looks awesome, and with the new update, it sounds more enjoyable on the Steam Deck.

Along with some general fixes, we do have one specific one to make playing on the Steam Deck nicer. Before the update, videos weren't working when trying to play on the Deck, but after this update, we should have fully working videos again.

The other bug fixes in this patch range from fixing some animation issues to season mode UI adjustments and even some issues that arose from Mod.io. The in-game keyboard now has a shift button, which it didn't before, and there were some improvements for tackling, catching the ball, and the AI throw lead. The developer also has some known issues to fix, like the AI missing field goals and fixing out of bounds max passes.

Football Simulator is $19.99 on Steam, and while it is rated Unknown for the Steam Deck, it is playable.
