Medieval fantasy sim Norland oozes potential, and developer Long Jaunt has just released their biggest update yet for the game! Published by indie giant Hooded Horse, I have been greatly enjoying my time in Norland, and this new update packs a ton of new features for the game. Even better, the game is 35% off until December 4th!
Norland’s new update heavily overhauls the world map with more regional diversity. Players will now begin in their own region, focusing on local politics and gaining control of their territory. Then, they get to branch out across the world, fighting rival nations. This will add a ton of content and diversity to playthroughs.
Patch 26 comes with a bunch of other new changes as well, such as a new set of regional maps and a family tree system so players can finally track characters easily, as well as some new NPCs.
Norland is available on Steam, and while it is Early Access, it is a solid experience. Check out our review of it here. Will you be picking up Norland on sale? Let us know in the comments!
