If you're a fan of AYANEO, today is probably like Christmas for you. The company has announced not 1, not 2, but ...many... new devices, including a new sub-brand focused on more budget-friendly options. We have a lot to cover, so let's get straight into it and go over the new devices one by one. I've added a table of contents here, so you can check out the ones you're most interested in, as there are many.

AYANEO Pocket VERT (A Premium Vertical Android Handheld)

Not much information on this one, other than it's a vertical Android handheld that's planned to have a high-resolution HD display and be made with "Premium Materials", so it's sounding rather expensive.

AYANEO Pocket DS (A Dual-Screen Android Handheld)

Nintendo DS enthusiasts rejoice! Finally, we have a dual-screen handheld that will hopefully be an answer to emulating a Nintendo DS effectively. This was the device we received the most information on due to it receiving its own presentation.

Here are the key technical specs:

• Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 CPU
• Adreno A32 GPU
• 7" 1080p OLED 165Hz Top Display, 16:9 Aspect Ratio
• 5" 1024x768 LCD Bottom Display, 4:3 Aspect Ratio
• 8000mAh Battery, Max TDP of 15W

A product launch event for the AYANEO Pocket DS is due in August.

Small Update on the AYANEO Gaming Pad (Android Gaming Tablet)

We got a modest update on progress regarding the AYANEO Gaming Pad, a new Android tablet designed for gaming. It will feature a 2266x1488 120Hz 8.3" display and will have a telescopic controller add-on, which will be sold separately.

AYANEO FLIP 11 (Windows Gaming Laptop/Handheld Hybrid)

Moving onto Windows devices now, AYANEO unveiled the FLIP 11, a new gaming laptop/handheld hybrid system. Not much info on this one either, but we're presuming the "11" refers to an 11-inch display size, which would also seem to fit in with the fact that the system can supposedly be used as either a laptop or a handheld clamshell device.

AYANEO AM01S (Windows Mini PC, a Remake of the AM01)

If you liked the AM01 Mini PC by AYANEO back in 2023, then you might want to take a look at the new AM01S. This new PC keeps the design somewhat similar, but now features a "flip" display on a hinge on top of the system, allowing you to display all your little widgets with ease. It also comes with 4 APU options available, so you can get a good bit of "oomph" with this one.

Pre-orders for this one begin in August.

AM03 Teased (New Windows Mini PC)

If you thought the Mini PC space was only getting the AM01S, you'd be wrong, as the next generation of the AM series was announced in the form of the AM03. No tech specs for this one yet, but this one adopts a more "modern" aesthetic, ditching the previous retro theme. It will be available in both white and black colorways.

New AYANEO Sub-Brand 'KONKR' Unveiled, Focusing on Budget Devices

AYANEO unveiled a new sub-brand, entitled "KONKR", which aims to focus on more budget-friendly devices instead of AYANEO, which usually sells devices at quite a premium. And to add onto that, 2 KONKR devices were unveiled immediately after.

KONKR POCKET FIT (Budget Android Handheld)

The KONKR POCKET FIT aims to be a "Budget" Android handheld, boasting a 7" display and an unspecified Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. We don't know much about this one at all, nor do we know what AYANEO's definition of "Budget" is, but hopefully, it's a reasonable price.

KONKR FIT (Budget Windows Handheld)

Conversely, the KONKR FIT is a new Windows handheld on the way from the sub-brand, again, aimed at being "Budget". We also know very little about this one, not even a design was shown, but we do know it's planned to have an 80Wh battery, similar to the ASUS ROG Ally X. It's also supposed to have a 7" 'compact' screen.

AYANEO Tease the 'CODE R-1' (Entry Level Handheld)

Again, not really any information about this one, other than it's planned to be "affordable" as part of AYANEO's first entry-level handheld line.

AYANEO NEXT II is Back from the Dead (High-End Windows Handheld)

After being announced many years ago, the AYANEO NEXT II is back. Seemingly, the issue was with cooling the handheld, but with a new cooling system in place (and seemingly a change of hardware), AYANEO is preparing to release their most powerful handheld yet.

This one is planned to be powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395, which is a mouthful, but in short, it means that it's one of, if not the highest-end handheld device for this generation.

AYANEO Phone Teased with Sliding Mechanism

If you had a Sony Xperia Play back in the day (I did!), then you might get a feeling of nostalgia when seeing the AYANEO Phone. We haven't got any photos or even renders of this one yet, but AYANEO is promising a sliding phone which is built for gamers, so I'm picturing some like the aforementioned Xperia Play or a PSP Go-style device.
